Swim Inspiration is a Malvern based swimming group which provides a gentle approach to exercise in water. We help people keep healthy and mobile by tailoring to and supporting individual needs through a range of activities.

The Group is primarily there to support people with long term health issues or recovering from illness. Many who join us are living with and managing health conditions such as strokes, arthritis, MS and Parkinson’s or are above a healthy weight.

Swim Inspiration is run by qualified swim instructors and an award winning triathlon coach

We have 6 partners who help us provide the swim Inspiration Service. They either provide facilities or funding and they include Freedom Leisure, Lottery Fund, Malvern Hills Council,Malvern Hill Community Foundation, Waitrose Community Matters Program and Platform Housing. Thank you to everyone who makes the service possible it would not exist without your help

The group meet on Fridays during term time; at 9:30 to 10.30am. Sessions cost £4.00 with Carers coming free

Swim Inspiration is based at and supported by The Splash swimming pool. The Splash is run by Freedom Leisure.
